Naval Biographical Database Photographs and Paintings
	Any biographer would find it useful to have the source of engravings, photographs or paintings of the individual at his fingertips.  It is also logical to extend this category to include the same information for ships, organisations and places. After a recent IT upgrade, the database is now capable of recording images, and this facility will be extended to selected sources as well. At present, programming costs and copyright considerations preclude inclusion of this facility in current reports. © CHD 2010
